By using CorePower Converter, you confirm that you own the rights to all files you upload or have permission to process them. You agree not to upload:

• Copyrighted materials without authorization
• Malicious files, viruses, or harmful software
• Illegal or prohibited content under applicable law

2. Service Limitations

CorePower is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may limit file size, processing duration, or access to ensure stability and fair usage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free performance.

3. File Handling

All file processing happens in temporary, isolated environments. Uploaded files are deleted automatically right after completion. CorePower does not view, analyze, store, or archive user files.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the service for:

• Distributing malware or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Bypassing DRM or protected content restrictions
• Creating or converting files for illegal activities

5. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all copyright, privacy, data protection (GDPR, KVVK), and local jurisdiction laws when uploading files.

6. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without prior notice to ensure stability and security.

7. Limitation of Liability

CorePower is not liable for data loss, failed conversions, corrupted files, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service.
